Terms of Service

By accessing or using MaxGlow, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use MaxGlow. If you use MaxGlow on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

MaxGlow is an AI-powered wellness coaching service. It lets you submit posts, uploads, and profile information so the product can generate personalized coaching, analyses, summaries, insights, and related experiences.

Some features require an active paid subscription. Features, limits, and availability may change over time.

MaxGlow is for informational and educational wellness purposes only. Nothing provided through MaxGlow — including coach replies, analyses, insights, summaries, or any other output — constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• MaxGlow does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare services.
• The service is not intended to replace a physician, therapist, dietitian, or other qualified professional.
• Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health, medications, diet, exercise, or treatment based on information you receive through MaxGlow.
• Do not rely on MaxGlow for emergencies or urgent health concerns. Call emergency services or contact an appropriate clinician if you need immediate help.
• You are responsible for evaluating whether any recommendation or output is appropriate for your situation.

If you upload lab results, medical records, Apple Health data, or other health-related files, you acknowledge that any AI-generated interpretation of that data is for general informational purposes only and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. You assume full responsibility for any health, wellness, or lifestyle decisions you make based on MaxGlow's output.

You are responsible for your account and for the information you choose to submit to MaxGlow.

• Provide accurate information and keep your credentials and sign-in methods secure.
• Only upload content and records that you own or are authorized to share.
• Make sure your use of MaxGlow complies with applicable law and the rights of others.
• Review and manage your device permissions, subscription settings, and account preferences as needed.

You may not misuse MaxGlow or help anyone else do so. For example, you may not:

• Upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, deceptive, harassing, or abusive content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, probe, disrupt, or bypass access controls, rate limits, or other protections.
• Use the service to build a competing dataset, model, or automated extraction pipeline.
• Submit another person's data without appropriate rights or permissions.
• Use AI-generated outputs as the sole basis for high-risk decisions involving health, safety, employment, insurance, credit, or legal matters.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to MaxGlow. However, you give DW Labs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, analyze, create derived materials from, and otherwise use that content as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve MaxGlow in line with these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

This license includes using processors that help us run the product. It continues for as long as needed to provide the service and maintain legitimate backup, security, legal, and recordkeeping copies.

MaxGlow uses automated systems and AI models. Outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, delayed, or not suitable for your circumstances.

• Verify important information independently before acting on it.
• Do not treat MaxGlow outputs as professional medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.
• AI interpretation of uploaded medical documents, lab results, and health data is particularly prone to error and must not be used as a substitute for professional analysis by a qualified healthcare provider.
• We may filter, remove, or refuse to generate content if needed to protect users, comply with law, or reduce misuse.

Paid access to MaxGlow is offered at $20 per month through the Apple App Store. Free-trial availability, billing cadence, and renewal terms shown at the time of purchase control your transaction.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel through Apple before the renewal date.
• RevenueCat may be used to sync subscription and entitlement status so the app knows whether paid features should be active.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or the platform merchant unless applicable law requires otherwise.
• If your subscription becomes inactive, some features may be limited or unavailable, although some read-only access may remain.

MaxGlow, including its software, branding, design, prompts, workflows, and related intellectual property, is owned by DW Labs or its licensors and is protected by law.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MaxGlow for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may stop using MaxGlow at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or exposed MaxGlow to legal or security harm.

If you request account deletion, we may apply the product's current deletion workflow, which includes a 30-day grace period before permanent deletion is completed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MaxGlow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

Without limiting the foregoing, DW Labs makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any health or wellness information provided through the service, the suitability of any coaching, insight, or recommendation for your individual health situation, or any particular health or wellness outcome from using MaxGlow.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DW Labs and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to MaxGlow.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DW Labs's total liability for all claims arising out of or related to MaxGlow will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for MaxGlow in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD $100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DW Labs, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of or reliance on MaxGlow, including any health, wellness, or lifestyle decisions you make based on information or outputs from the service.
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
• Your violation of the rights of any third party.
• Any content you submit to MaxGlow.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to MaxGlow will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or MaxGlow that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you through the app, by email, or by updating the effective date above. Your continued use of MaxGlow after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
